Uber and Lyft Codes

Anything one got any discount codes for Uber and Lyft?

I'm not entirely sure how the whole code thing works but I've got a code for both apps if anyone wants my codes.

I've just used NEWUZER for Lyft and I've got $5 off my next 4 rides. I haven't used them yet so can't say if I get the discount or not.

If anyone who understands the whole code stuff is about please explain how best to use them.
Preferably in single syllable words so a technology challenged person like me and understand. 😉

I had a promo code applied when I signed up in the UK giving me 50% (up to $5) off my first 10 rides. Been working a treat!

I signed up couple months ago and keep getting 25% off offers, but I don't go til 24th, and it ends on that date. At least I can use it for my airport taxi. There was no codes tho.
