Trip planned 15th July but flights with Flybe and now Covid 19 issues
Hi everyone. Sorry for all not going on planned trips.. wonder if anyone can help me?
Due to go all booked with dlp on line in July for lion king fest. We had paid our deposit of 650 but a few weeks ago saw Flybe went into insolvency and that’s who our flights were with. We are due to pay Remaining balance which is over £1350 in may. I dunno what to do? I’m worried they may take the money anyway and really can’t afford it now as waiting on refund from our other holiday too! What would you do? Not sure I’d get any money back anyway as Flybe ? X |

We had flights with Flybe as well but not due to go till October. Did you book the flights as part of a package with dlp direct? We booked separately so was able to raise a section 75 claim and I’ve had a refund for the cost of the flights from my credit card company.
Can you contact dlp to move the date instead and go later so you don’t lose your deposit? |

Pay on credit card or lose deposit. They are your choices really. Even if you move DLP then unless july flights are not going ahead then you wont get a refund on your flights. DLP currently arent 'goodwill' rebooking july stays yet.
