TCD 7 digit Booking Reference

Can anyone who has booked with TCD and has a 7 digit booking reference tell me if they have been able to log on to the Virgin Atlantic manage my booking section where you can reserve seats (not guaranteed I know) meals and complete API etc...

Hi ya we had the same problem but got in touch with TCD and they gave us a different number which we could use on the virgin atlantic website,it was 6 digits 5 letters and 1 number hope this helps.

I don't think you can log on using your booking ref, but on your invoice you should have something like an airline ref, made up of 6 letters. That's what you have to use. If it's not at the top of your invoice, just give TCD a call and ask for the Virgin Locator Number and they'll be able to give it to you over the phone x

hi their we booked through tcd and this is what you need to do ring tcd and ask for a locater number then log onto the virgin website and away you go simples

I called and asked for the locator number the other week and TCD advised me that they wont give it to me untill the 1st Oct.
