I was wondering how far Premier Inn Gatwick Central is to the North terminal, can you walk it?

Glad you asked this as we are booked in for March 2012. I had read that you can walk but it's apparently a bit confusing as to where the actual terminal is plus it's right on the main road ... not to sure if it's such a good idea with 2 young kids in tow! But I have heard that the bus takes you right round the houses.

Cool am booking this then.
We orginally booked a guest house because of the reasonably priced parking but now mum is coming with us we have decided to get a taxi return down to gatwick so will stay here instead. We are planning on walking over and spending some time in the Terminal and having some dinner there.

We've stayed here and you can walk but it is very confusing and the roads can be quite busy. The bus runs every 20 minutes or so and is pretty reliable. It stops at the Courtyard by Marriott before travelling onto the North Terminal. Takes around 5 minutes or so. When we used it it was around £2 per person
