Where to go to Virgin twilight check in at Gatwick

Hi first time we will be flying with Virgin. We have decided to stay at Gatwick Premier Inn . As we will be there the night before our flight, Where is the twilight check in virgin desk in the south terminal. Do they have a desk just for Twilight Check in

Yep - just got to the Virgin check in area and a few will be open for twilight check-in. Check on their web site also as they state on there.

The desks for twilight check in are at the usual check in area. When you enter the south terminal from the long corridor and car parks turn left. Virgin occupy the far left end wall.

They typically have three check in desks open at check in and one designated lane for upper class. Premium and economy share the other line.

Twilight check in starts at 5pm but sometimes just before. The line lengths do vary but we like to get there early to get out asap and start lining up at approximately 4:30pm.

Its very easy to find and we've never had to queue for long, this year we arrived at 5.30 and we were back in the car in the short stay car park within 25 mins of arriving.

Just so you know, all your party has to be there at check in but you don't need to take your hand luggage with you , we've used twilight many times and never been asked for hand luggage so no longer bother taking it with us.

Twilight makes the next morning so much easier ,over to the terminal and straight to security :-)

Hi

We used the twilight check in last week, arrived just after 5pm and there were only a few parties ahead of us. It's easy to find in departures, far left of check in.

Have a great holiday

Kev

Thank you all so much, you've been a great help. I went on google maps and you can walk the little orange man actually into the south terminal, so ive had a good look where virgin desks are in the A zone .
