vitamin d - take some!

Ordered some, thank you. Have heard so much about the benefits. We have a dog so think during summer we get enough vitamin D, but obviously now not so much.

So am I OK talking my Costco multi vitamin and my newly purchased from Amazon 4000 Vit D? Take it will do no harm?

Yorkshire T , you will be ok just dont overdose on the vit d alone. Also best to take the vit D with food.

YT. I find my BP tablets, the Vitamin C and the Vitamin D tablets washed down with a nice Sauvignon Blanc has no side effects at all.

You can take too much so might be best to discuss with your gp or pharmacist first.

I was diagnosed with a deficiency 2 months ago felt soo ill could hardly move my arms and always cold. It has taken a while to feel normal again but agree everyone should take some especially now with the pandemic

Yes always take vit D, start around September until May.

I remember the doctor on TM saying that everyone should be taking it during the winter months.

Hubby's cousin last year was unwell, no energy, tired and aching, diagnosed low vit D, within a couple of weeks of taking it she was fine.
