Toddler Fancy Dress

Hi all,

We are due to in less than 60 days and have our tickets for MNSSHP. Last year it was 40+ and DS was only 9mths so we dressed him In a Old Navy Skeleton baby grow, mind you that came off Way before the fireworks started.

This year with him being a right little boy and into all things fun, we wanted to get him a proper costume. Has anyone seen any 2T Jake and the Neverland Pirate outfits over there easy accessible? I'm sure most boys will want to be like Jake or Izzy. I've seen them on the Disney store USA but not here in the UK unless ur buying for a bigger child. Either that or over there a Peter Pan for 2T?

Any tips on what you've seen for toddlers would be great. He's not great with anything that covers the head/masks, so batman/spiderman/buzz are all out of the question. Plus it would be nice to get an outfit he could use more than once!

Thanks in advance peeps

Xxxxx

If you have a disneystore near you it might be worth trying the age 3 as I find some of their items neat on my 2 children. Between age 2 and 3 size I'd thin there wouldn't be much difference in size, especially as it is just a top half costume.

Our son has a Jake outfit from Disney Store Uk which is a little waistcoat, sword and pirate bandana. He loves it. He is 4 and I would say they are quite small made so might be worth a look. Also think its good because it is easy to put on and won't be too hot. Our DS has also not decided if he would like to wear his Jake outfit to MNSSHP or if he would like Peter Pan.

This is the link to the outfit he has. You might find 3-4 is fine for him.

Thanks everyone for their comments.

We bought the 3/4yr old outfit from Disney store yesterday. After trying it on our son last night, I was shocked how small this outfit was for my DS20mths, who is only just in 12/18 trousers and 18/24 tops. This would no way fit a 3/4yr old.

We are very exicitng about our budding pirate!
