Mobile Flight prices in summer

Hi,

Would people mind sharing how much their flights are for this summer in the school holidays, please? I’m trying to get a rough idea for next summer and in previous years we’ve always booked before flights are released at 11 months out.

Thanks!

We've paid a total of £1880 for 2 adults and a 7 year old flying 5th August and coming home on 26th. We are flying Virgin/Delta from Manchester to Orlando via Atlanta. Its more than we paid last year and is more than I really wanted to pay but when we booked in December flights just weren't dropping and this Virgin flight was a great deal on the day. To be honest I haven't seen them much cheaper since.

We booked last week with TC for next year. 2 adults and 2 kids (although son will be 12 so think he’s classed as an adult). £2775 direct Manchester - Orlando including seat selection. 16 aug - 3rd September

We were really happy with £660 each LGW to MCO end of July to middle of August, direct with Virgin. We normally pay £800+!

Crikey! That’s incredible! Would you mind sharing who you booked with and when?

I'd have loved to have got that price!

I never did get an individual breakdown after we booked over the phone with VA last September, for similar dates to you but from MAN for 6A and 3C flying Economy Delight at £8055 - so I suppose about £1000 for each adult.

Checked a few times since and never seen it cheaper. Annoying that having grandchildren with us means we had to pass on PE for the return flight which wasn't much dearer - but we had an issue last time with the armrests being fixed meaning the children couldn't lean on an adult.
