Universal refillable
Hi
We bought a universal refillable mug 2 years ago, can we still use it for discounted refills? Thanks Mike |

As far as I know you can, you just have to get it reactivated. I know we should do this but always end up buying new mugs as we like to have the new designs

Hi willow
When you say reactivated do mean pay full price again as in buying a new one or is the reactivation discounted Thanks Mike |

Last year it was about $8 to reactivated an mug we had bought on a previous day at universal, so I think it would be the same to reactivated your ones from a couple of years ago.

Yep you just pay the activation cost. Around $9 and then you can use it on the freeserve machines or icees at the counters.
We’ve used the same mug the last 3 trips.

You don’t have to pay for the full day reactivate and can just pay for the discounted refill price each time if that works for you better.
We used our 9 year old mugs 2 weeks ago this way as worked better for us. |
