Is it too soon to eat these?

I know it's quite early to start eating Brussel sprouts, but is it wrong. I should stress that I hate eating Brussel sprouts that are over cooked/soggy.

Thank you for not judging me eating brussel sprouts in late October.

I hate all soggy veg, but especially sprouts.

You should consider warning your wife if you plan on consuming the whole bagful. 😷

They should already be simmering on a low heat Mickey. Only 8 weeks until Christmas.

Mick, I have an electric vegetable steamer and for the life of me I don't understand why people boil their veg in saucepans when you can put them in the steamer and have a rest whilst they are cooking.

Hubby ate a load of them last night, suffice to say I had various room sprays on standby...

I live Brussel sprouts mashed with butter. I am quite weird though plus that's allowed on LCHF diet.

I do mine with chestnuts. Only at Christmas though. Mine have been simmering away since mid June, I don't like them Al dente! My granddaughter last Christmas, when I was trying to get her to eat a sprout, picked one up and said "but its green" in a pained voice. (she was three and didn't eat it, even when I told her hair would grow like Rapunzel)!
Obviously she didn't want hairy arms like you MH!

Absolutely not, I love sprouts and eat them all year round.

I’m having a packet of these with my lunch💚
