Do you have a 'signature' recipe?

A recipe that you've made a million times, one that your family and friends know you for and is looked forward to each time you do it?

They don't have that here, do you deliver?

I should make some, they like my shortbread at work.

From a real favourite to (hate bananas!) The pie is easy to make, but easy to mess up, if that makes sense.

Fillet Steak Tournedos Rossini with Madeira sauce.

A pain to make, but delicious to eat, generally with thin(ish) sliced potatoes , roasted in Olive Oil. A really good, dinner party special if you have a simple, preprepared starter and dessert on either side.

There is a good BBC recipe for this, although I add mushrooms to the Madeira Sauce..

I have a couple cauliflower and Broccoli cheese -> simple but goes with most meals
Slow cooker pulled pork

Stouvlees- Its a Belgian beef casserole with Belgian beer and red current jelly always made at the start of Autumn

Lemon self saucing pudding - light lemon sponge with a lemon curd type bottom

Im very fond of vintage Mary Berry old recipes , pioneer woman, Southern Living and BBC food .com, absolutely cannot get on with any 'Hairy Bikers' recipes for some reason

Nice! Do you do the whole classical thing with Foie Gras and truffles?

The only 2 recipes I know how to make with my eyes closed are Lasagne and Mars bar cakes. Haven’t made them in ages as I seem to be on a permanent diet at the moment 😩. This thread has prompted me to make them soon though!
