Random marketing material

This morning in the post a large envelope arrived covered in Riviera ‘advertising’. Inside was a load of material about Riviera including points charts, floor plans etc and a letter thanking me for my interest.

I haven’t asked for any material so I’m guessing we have been allocated a new guide who is trying to drum up sales?

Has anyone else had anything?

I had an email thanking me for my interest in adding points last week. I wish I were in a position to add points, but with 840 to be used this year I think I’ll cope for now... (cancelled holidays mean I’ve a huge excess in this years allowance)

Did it include a business card of your new guide or no guide contact info in it?

If you were assigned a new guide I would think have their contact information in it.

There was a label on the back of one of the 'books' with a guide name.

Was the guide your same guide or a new one?

If it was a new guide then I would guess yes that new guide assigned to you has the system generated to send out materials.
