So got up this morning to a massive bang followed by a water leaking / sucking clanging noise. Yes the boiler went bang! So British Gas en route.

Next go into the bathroom to see if we have a leak, nope but i do notice the shower is leaking around the glass/base of tray. So trusty sealant removal is the order of the morning only to notice the expensive LED extractor unit in the shower is also broken.:angry:

I'm sure they say it comes in 3? if its any more I'm going to the pub.

Toilet loo syphon packs in when we are in Florida so my Son informed me. Got that fixed by a mate of mine whilst we were still away

Come home and find 2 of my double glazed window panes have lost their vacuum and have condensation in them. One is a fanlight with lead pattern on it and a prism insert. Not cheap!

Window fitter comes yesterday to fit the two new glass units and guess what?

Overnight another darn unit has gone

Yes in threes! 2 weeks ago our fridge freezer packed it in, then our washing machine then problems with our heating 😕

Always in threes! In our early days of going to Florida, (2006, I believe) we were doing our darndest to save, but first, the radiator broke-proper broke, the radiator peeled from the wall and the pipe snapped off, flooding the hall. Then the car got totalled and written off. Then the washing machine flooded the kitchen. It was a very busy few months.
