Resale prices increasing?

Is it me or are prices creeping up? I've been keeping my ears to the ground for a 175 point contract at the poly and over the last 6 months the price per point has been rapidly creeping up and it's obviously a significant difference to the overall price when buying a relatively large point contract. Is there any reason for this? As i've not noticed other resorts doing this. Surely the renovation can't be the cause?

I guess it depends on the timeframe of comparison. Before March of 2021 the prices were higher then they are currently for the most part. Then the prices went down in March, April and May. We sold some Polynesian Villas at $125 per point for example. We had a 200 point Polynesian sell at $125 per point on 4/22/20 and it made it through ROFR. Then things started changing and the prices starting going up as DVC opened again and ROFR starting again. So the prices are rising compared to 4/22/20 but they are not as high as February and March of 2021 yet. I hope that helps.
