Mobile Las Vegas Hotels

We are going to Vegas in July for 7 nights. Just me and hubby and another couple. No kids.
Flights booked.
Not booked a hotel yet. Can anyone give me an idea of what we expect price wise? Not overly dust but want something half decent - enjoy a bit of pool time etc. Any recommendations? We've been before - first time stayed at the Monte Carlo and second time The Cosmopolitain so want somewhere different.
Thanks.

we stayed at the Signature and it was ideally priced, set back off the strip with a walkway to MGM. however i would stay at the Venetian next time ... wow awesome

I like that you can use MGM pool at signature.
I'd love to stay at The Venetian but think it will be out of budget this trip.

We stayed at the Venetian last year (June)... Amazing

3 Night stay cost £258 for 2 Adults & 1 Child... This included $100 to spend in the hotel... We had to pay the resort fee extra but I cannot remember how much it was..

Great price. When is the best time to book? Now? 6 months before etc?

I stayed a night at the Venetian on a work trip - it was lovely, but I didn't like the pool area, though I suspect there was more than one.

If you're watching your budget I'd stay at Paris, as I think it's a great location on the strip. The Venetian is not as central.

We stayed at the Palazzo which was amazing. For our last trip we did 2 nights per hotel and about 4 different hotels. If you book direct most places will have offers such as a free buffet with a minimum 2 night stay. So if you're happy to move around you can get a lot of freebies!

Also take a look at the Smarter Vegas app, it shows all lot of deals including some exclusives.

Hotel wise it all depends if you want classy or kitch and fun! Classy I would definitely say Palazzo, even over Bellagio. Kitch we actually really liked NYNY. Great location lots to do with the new park area next door. And we stayed there for free by playing My Vegas for a few months! Like I say we split our trip so it's nice to get a bit of variety

Thank you for the advice.
Think I'll start playing myVEGAS apps.
Thinking as it's July there's no need to rush to book any hotel yet. A split stay might be a good idea.

It was approx. 6 months before our trip... we had originally booked another hotel, but it was one we could cancel without getting charged...

We were really happy with the price!
