Aer lingus return flight time change-4 hrs later. Will they change route?

We are going Leeds, Dub, Mco. The Dub-Leeds leg of the return has been changed to over 4 hours later.
I have looked at the Manchester direct flights and they don't commence until after our outgoing day. I am wondering if it is likely that we would be able to keep our planned route out but come home mco-man. This would then mean a couple of trains home but we'd be home by lunchtime, rather than after 8.30pm .
If anyone has any ideas please comment as I'd like to have some options before I ring them.

I'd give them a ring and see what they can do. Hopefully they'll be able to move you to the direct to MAN one.

Don't forget that a 4 hour move gives you the option for a full refund.

I�ve just booked Aer Lingus direct from Manchester to Orlando. We got great prices on Business Class. Never flown with them before so hoping everything will be ok.

Well I rang and asked my options. Went for the full refund as it was 5 hours 20 mins difference.
I've just rebooked online (via quidco) the same flights out and back direct to Manchester. Saved �653 so might even splash out on a taxi home to North Yorkshire rather than a couple of trains.
We should be home lunchtimeish, our original flight back from Dublin got in mid afternoon so it seems like a win all round.
