We are going to Silverdale in a caravan for 4 days. It has been snowing today and it’s only about 40 minutes from home but honestly I can’t wait !

Fingers crossed you'll be on that plane. Filey will be there when you're back 🙂

We were supposed to go last Sept when the family trip to see Mickey & Co was cancelled. Then DH had an appointment for an op so Filey was moved to April. I actually think I may cry if we can't go.
Sorry just seen this.

Yes same place. A lot of the properties are just let out by the owners rather than the people who run the place (Aria).

It’s very nice, we go quite a bit, was there at end of August last.

Have a drive to the fish and chip takeaway I suggested, it’s amazing.

Also there’s a good Chinese in town - Golden Dragon, the special curry is great there.

Very nice beach at the Bay, one of the best in the UK.

It’s nice The Bay I have considered buying one but the fees are very high which is why I think you can buy them for such a reasonable amount.

We have a camper and tried to book at least one weekend every month until we go Florida in August.
Oh and a week in Cornwall at the start of August ☺️

Think I ended up driving round there when looking for a carpark that was open where I could take the dog to the beach last year. It was really pretty.

I've Googled the fish and chip place. Is it in Bridlington? Want to make sure it's the right one.
