Favourite time of year?
Hello everyone,
So I’m trying to make a decision on what time of year to go. We usually go either May or September and I like them both for different reasons however I can’t decided which time of the year we like better. I’m happy to try different times of the year so open to suggestions but we are looking for warmer weather and when the schools are in term time. What’s your favourite time of year to go and why? |

I love early Feb, you might get the odd chilly day or morning (as in long sleeves on top but still can wear shorts on bottom) but usually it sits in the mid 20s, no humidity, some great events on in the parks (festival of the arts at epcot, mardi gras at universal). Usually not too crowded if you go before half term.

Our first choice is always April to mid May, lovely heat a the odd thunderstorm show !
Next year we have booked March as our Dibb villa was already rebooked for our previous choice , still looking forward to some warm days though |

I love September. You get amazing weather but it's not hotter than the depths of hell and not so humid that you're drenched within 30 seconds of being outside. The parks are also a lot quieter than in the summer and most rides have little wait and dining reservations seem to be a little easier to book on short notice.
On top of that, halloween season starts. You get MK fully decked out with the decorations, Mickey's Not So Scary and Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. It's slap-bang in the middle of hurricane season but I think it's worth the risk! |

For me it’s September for Halloween and it’s usually not as busy as October but I also really like Feb/March. Mardi Gras is fun at Universal and you have Festival of the Arts at Epcot. It’s not too hot and it’s never usually too busy.

We've been april and seotmber and found those times perfect to go. Does anyone know what June is like as thinking of trying June next year maybe if we can't go this year?

I’ve done June before but both times it was very wet but extremely humid so not a gd combo, was shocked at the difference from going in early May which is my favourite time of year to go just before the wet season starts in June
