We have 21st July booked but I am not very confident! We can move our flights with United but the cost is over double to move to during school holidays so we're holding on for a bit.

17th July for us - living the rollercoaster at the moment. We could go if it's Amber. Do you think any companies would offer insurance against quarantine etc in case it changes to Red while you're out there? Can't imagine the scramble to get home.

Does it not go on a red watch list first rather then Amber to Red? There is more notice this year along with the watch list which should alleviate a mad rush that many faced last summer.

I think the watch lists only became part of the criteria yesterday when travel stopped being illegal, hopefully things will become clearer in the next couple of weeks.
