WDTC payment day? ETA phoned to ask.

Hi, according to my invoice it should be my balance payment day today.
Do they usually email a reminder or did it change to nearer the stay because of cover?
ATD is now 10 days before.

Thanks everyone. Phoned after work. She said it is now 35 days and put a note on my booking to say we had discussed it. So for me it's now on the 24th June.

From memory I have had a reminder a few days, maybe a week before it is due.

Our balance was due May 9th and I did get a reminder 1 week before.
We have flights included though abd they wouldn't extend the due date for us because of that.
They are allowing longer for packages without flights now.

I would call. If it is due today and you don�t pay you may lose your holiday or your deposit. Don�t matter that they did not remind you.

Just spoken to a cast member who has confirmed my balance not due on hotel/ticket booking till 35 days before. I would feel happier getting that in writing though!

Our hotel/ticket balance is due on Saturday, I�ve not had an email from them. I wonder if they�ll just leave it until 35 days before, not tell me and take it then? I�d feel better at 35 days as it�ll save the hassle of cancelling later on down the line if we have too and getting a refund.

Agreed - I was told this too but have no proof and we know cast members sometimes don't always say the same thing. However I think they are right on this one, but it would be nice to get some confirmation.

They also told me they can't stop the reminder emails going out for the original date to pay - but to ignore them. However this is a bit unsettling too!

I have until 18th June for my original date so will call again nearer the time to make sure they are still saying the same thing!

To put your mind at ease ( hopefully!) I booked on the phone with them a couple of weeks ago and the cast member specifically told me to ignore any balance due email we would receive because we would not have to pay until 35 days before arrival. She then went on to clarify what date that would be. 👍
