ATD 20% cancellation can be used
In 2020 after our holiday was cancelled I was refunded 80% of our ticket costs by ATD.
At the time I asked if the 20% retained by them could be used at a later date and they confirmed it could if I booked before Oct 2021. We are hoping to go to Orlando next summer and this morning a very helpful person at ATD was able to help me with a new booking using the 20% towards the balance. If this applies to anyone else please remember to use it, there are tickets for UK and London based attractions as well as further afield. |

We had tickets with them in 2020 and used the offer of keeping the credit which had to be used by this September.
I have just called and spoke to a lovely lady who is now using the full amount on 2022 tickets. I also had Kennedy tickets from 2020 and changed them to 2021 and she is now changing them to 2022 and they are cheaper so some of that credit can come off the new Disney tickets as they are obviously more expensive than in 2020. Im' so glad we took up this offer rather than getting an 80% refund.

As my holiday has just been cancelled, I'm now not able to use my tickets, as they were 2020 tickets extended to be used by end of September 2021. I'm not planning on going to Orlando in 2022, as sadly I think we're still going to be in the same predicament. I didn't take out flex insurance, so I'll only be able to get 80% refund. I'll have to see if I can take the 20% as a credit note and try and use it on something over here. Shame they can't extend it to 2023, when I plan to return to Orlando.

Thanks for posting this we had just 80% back last Easter 2020 I will have to enquire to see if the 20% is still valid. I hope so as swore I would never purchase from 3rd party again after that experience, 250 quid is a lot of money to lose.
