The First Trip 1993 – Day One - Travel Day 10th September 1993

If I remember correctly we had to go through the car insurance payment , prior to getting the car . All we wanted to do was get to the Villa off Orange Blossom trail , a bite to eat and sleep .

Ahh this is bringing back some happy memories .Our first trip was with Virgin booked through going places. we also stayed on the 192 in the masters inn next to the big orange. It was basic but we were still amazed we had a fridge and coffee maker in the room, along with really noisy air conditioning.
we ate breakfast every morning in the las vegas grill a few blocks down and the server there couldn't believe we were staying for a full 15 nights - we didn't realise then how little holiday time American workers had.One morning we were woken at 6.30am to sound of a school marching band practising in the car park as they were staying there for a competition.
we brought the 14 day non- expiration ticket and used it for the next 3 visits. in 98/99/2001 Happy days

We stayed at Howard Johnson Fountain Park on marker 9 on 192. Last time we were there, 2 years ago, it was Fun Spot.
