Big thread on it here... https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho... php?t=1204945

Most of the reports I'm hearing are that it's better further back as you get the full experience. So all these videos shot from the hub aren't doing it justice. But as far as storytelling goes, I don't like it. And that's not because I loved HEA and am sad it's been replaced. It's just not a good show. Emotion is lacking, the narration sounds forced and it's going to be out of date in 2-3 years since it's so focused on the latest releases.

Well for us it will free up an hour or so of park time as we won’t be waiting in the hub with coffee to view like we did with HEA…. I remember being so blow away by HEA on our 1st viewing we rescheduled many days to get back and see it again and again… and we are not really into fireworks … we’re never fans of Wishes .
So disappointed but riding more attractions will soon ease the pain !

Ah life is about opinions... and I do need to be convinced and I believe the only way that will happen is to see the kites live and in person.

Which, thankfully, I'll be doing in May 2022!

First impressions from YouTube videos is that most of the kites seem too small to be enjoyed from a distance (I did love the Pumba and Timon one).

I watched the The Dis video of Enchantment and liked it. The visuals are stunning. Looking forward to seeing it in person

I watched a good quality video of this and the new Epcot one.
This just left me emotionless. There's no big build up to anything. I wasn't left with a warm Disney feeling. it was just a load of movie clips projected at the castle with no rhyme or reason and the backing music is awful. I want to leave in tears unfortunately i dont think that will happen.

And the Epcot one left me so over stimulated it was unreal! my head was spinning! projections, music, fireworks, the moving parts and all the various languages its just far to much. on a still night you struggle to see anything with the smoke from so many fireworks.

for me Disney Dreams at DLP is still far and away the best show I've seen.

Totally agree after watching the videos. I enjoyed Wishes but absolutely loved HEA, it made me cry! Gutted its gone & they think this a replacement, just seems thrown together!

Bring back HEA & the electrical parade please!

I have never been one to get precious over the fireworks and I wasn’t one of these who got really upset when Wishes was replaced but HEA knocks spots off Enchantment music wise but the projections are out of this world!
