Accept Cookie Issue

I’m having the same accept cookie issue when looking at the Dibb on my iPad using Safari. I also intermittently get it trying to reload the page saying there is an issue. I’ll screen shot the message when I next see it. I haven’t had these issues until recently and it’s only been when using the Dibb.

I have heard back from the company this morning to say they are looking into the issue. But it isn't something we can fix ourselves so we will have to wait for them to sort it.

You could try using Firefox or Chrome browser on the iPad as an alternative. That might solve the issue in the meantime.

This is the message I get saying the website has crashed.

That is a different issue and is due to low memory on the iPad. Some steps here might fix it.

Thanks I’ll have a look.I thought I’d mention it as it only happens when reading the Dibb and it started when the cookie issue did.

I thought it was just me getting this message, drives me mad. Will have a look at the possible fix

Quantcast have still not managed to replicate the issue and have asked for more info from members to try and track down the cause.

If the user is using any kind of ad-blocker
Device used
Browser and version
If the behaviour is happening also in incognito mode
