Thank you for taking the time to post this.
DD and DBF decided to try QS instead DDP in January. This was mainly because they only had a week at CBR before a 7 nights cruise on the Disney Fantasy (where food would be plentiful )

They said they were glad they only had QSDP for a week and wouldn't do it again

There was no DDP on our first trip in 2002 that we have come to enjoy on subsequent trips. Your report shows QS can work pretty well.

I've loved reading through your report. I was determined to finish this evening (luckily I don't have work tomorrow considering how long it's taken me!)

We are staying at POR in 3 weeks so I was delighted to see how positive you were about that resort. We'd previously booked CBR however switched resorts once the construction works were decided, I feel that food wise that was a good choice now having read this!

Glad you enjoyed it and we'll done for doing it in one sitting as it isn't short!

The food court at POR really is great when you have the qsdp. The one at POFQ is meant to be good too, so do take a stroll down the river (takes 5-10 minutes) and try that out. Worth going for the beignets alone

I've just read through your whole thread and it's been really really helpful thanks so much. We're first timers staying at POFQ May 18 on the QSDD and was feeling a little worried that it won't be enough food!
Now I have the food better understood i just need to work on which park to do when and which rides to do lol.

Wow, what a amazing report .

Really interesting and I've learnt loads. Expecially the amount of tasty Starbucks things we can get .im actually surprised how much variation there is on the qsdp
