Those entering via another country.
Hi, I’ve only just seen that when entering the US (from anywhere) you have to isolate for 7 days and take a test 3-5 days after travel.
Is this correct as I’m sure this is new as I’ve only just stumbled across it? Is it a must or advisory? Hoping to go via Mexico but I’m worried now. |

That sounds like the rules for unvaccinated people.

That’s for unvaccinated and fairly certain it’s only advisory anyway.

I haven’t had both vaccines and thank you - hopefully it’s just advisory.

Advisory, only test required is to board the flight to the US from your starting point (Mexico, Caribbean etc) which can be a LFT.
