Your Chromebook (depending on model) will have a USB slot or even a memory card slot. If it has a memory card slot then you can access the files just like any other folder. If no card slot then you could look at getting a USB card reader.

cant find my chromebook charger to check, but try installing a file manager app. hopefully then you can just insert the sd card and copy the contents to your pictures folder (or wherever)
