Good for you, it's not easy but you sound focused which is more than I am at the moment.
An experiment to put you off crisps, I hardly eat them at all now, put a packet of crisps in a bowl and pour boiling water on them to just cover them. When cool put them in the fridge for a few hours ,then look at them. There is a full layer of fat on the top , that should put you off, it did me.

I am also on a weight loss journey and have found the fantastic Dr Sten Eberg on YouTube. Most of the information he shares you may already know but for what ever reason you have stopped implementing in your day to day living. As a resting runner I've also set myself a target of doing a disney marathon to keep me motivated.

I only lost 300g this week, and that’s okay, I did go out for lunch yesterday and had a whole Harry Potter chocolate frog on Saturday. Hopefully next week I’ll more.

I also burnt 500 calories in my personal training session.

I didnt lose any but i didnt put any on either so happy with that.

NSV (non scale victory)

I went to the beach to take photos, and there’s two flights of stairs to get down to the beach from the road, and I didn’t even have to stop when coming back up. Usually I have stop like twice on each flight. Woo

I love your NSV ! You asked when you would start to ‘see’ weight loss. I’d say that you should include your NSV as evidence even if you can’t physically ‘see’ the weight loss you, you do now have physical evidence of it.
