I am looking at a Sixt rental for next year as they seem a lot cheaper at the moment (on DFCH). They don’t seem to be part of the Sunpass scheme, so could I use the visitor toll pass without incurring any charges from Sixt.

I did try looking on their website, but couldn’t see anything.

When I last checked, Sixt charge $15/$16 per rental day inclusive of tolls and its charged for each day of the rental, so very expensive option. I remember it being a nightmare to try and locate that info from Sixt and think I ended up putting a dummy booking through their website to eventually get the price.

If collecting from MCO, use the VisitorTollPass.com system or if from elsewhere, buy a mini sunpass for $5.

For a long time Sixt were excluded from the MCO Visitor Toll Pass scheme.

In August a VTP employee joined my "mammoth" VTP thread and confirmed that they had now been added.

The VTP is a no-brainer flying into MCO
