I am well over 50 and dont know who this is (vague recollection of the name) I think he was before my Father who would be in his 90’s ! But if you enjoy him then thats great to hear - my music taste is very eclectic to say the least

I’m in my 60’s - I know who he is because he used to live near my aunt and uncle. Me and my cousins used to leap up and down outside his window to try and catch a glimpse of him.
No idea why, I think he was ‘old’ then.

You have definitely got the wrong age group, I am 51 and absolutely no idea. The name makes me think of the food grilling thing, but I always thought that was a sportsperson.



Edit: OMG I have just seen the cleaning windows clip. This is over 80s not 50s. We had colour TV and everything when I was a child.
