I looked at it too and even though there's just the two of us I'm not paying that,I've done MVMCP and MNSSHP many times and don't think this is worth the money.

We used to go to the Christmas party as it was a cheap way of visiting mk when we don’t have Disney tickets, it’s cheaper to buy a day ticket now🤷

I looked at it and immediately discarded it upon seeing prices! We will get our Disney fix via Disney Springs and a trip to the Poly.

We have been to three After Hours events and were due to go to the Villains themed one in April 2020. The themed one was expensive than the regular ones but I am sure it was still less than $150. I think they are pushing it now, we only have two tickets to buy and there is only an outside chance we would pay if we were not otherwise going to WDW.

We went Christmas 2017 but only two of us and it was like $80-90 dollars each or something like that.

I loved it- loved the stage show, the castle lighting with Anna and Elsa and the parade. But this years prices are eye watering.

If we were going at Christmas I would probably do it again, just because of the holidays we have missed and the possibility of never seeing it again.

We were lucky had a complimentary pass given to us because it rained during the MVMCP in 2019 (never asked were handing them out). Stipulated that had to turn up on day to get tickets however after many hours trying to get through now have tickets for the merriest after hours. All pre-booked with tickets linked. Would never have paid prices otherwise.

If we were there on the same night I'd join you on that challenge. Looks like I'm just ahead of you though. I'm planning on pocketing as many cookies as I can for snacks throughout the rest of the trip.

So I found the booking confirmation for our Disney after hours tickets in March 2020 and they were $127 pp
