Any issues getting about in Florida e.g. Uber or Lyft

Hi all, as per the title really. Just seen the thread where it talks about car rental and shortage of cars overall, are there any problems with the likes of Uber? As we don't plan to rent a car, and just need Ubers to get from the airport and then between accomodation.

We used Uber/Lyft on our last holiday and had no issues at all. Sometimes you just have to be mindful of where the Wifi might drop out if you are not on an international data package but it was fine for us. Also just think about quieter spots for pick up - for example, after fireworks at MK it was well worth walking 10 mins to the Contemporary lobby and getting an Uber from there than trying to tussle with the end of the night crowds around MK.

There shouldn't be, since Uber/Lyft drivers are using their own vehicles which are generally replaced less frequently than a rental fleet are.

Doesn't appear to be any shortage here at the moment - the dedicated pick up lanes have been bumper to bumper at park closing times!

I was thinking the same, if no-one is in rentals, will the demand on Uber/Lyft increase the availability and costs
