I’m with the Halifax and tried all morning to reduce back to £45. Under Freeze doesn’t give e any option other than freezing abroad, online, or at till.

I don't think other posters are asking why there is a Freeze Card option.
They're asking why the option to change your contactless limit is within the Freeze Card section.

I’ve just changed mine on my iPad. On the screen where it said freeze at till or abroad I scrolled down and found it.
