Apparently everyone in England knows a Pamela and the Welsh think she's a characture. Where's everyone in Wales knows a Bryn and the English think he's a characture).

I definitely know a few Pam's (and apparently I share some characteristics with her - allegedly) but is that right about Bryn?

I'm English and know a Bryn from my school days, but I don't know a Pamela so clearly I've muddled that one up 😆

I’m Welsh and certainly know a few Bryns, I also know a few Welsh Pamelas too though 😂

I was hoping you'd post as I know you have lived in both countries.

I may knowvmore Pamelas because I live in the area they are supposed to be. And Larry Lamb went to my school tho that wasn't Essex and he'd left before I started.

Probably part of the reason people like it and find it funny is because they know people who are like this and it’s relatable even though exaggerated

My parents are pam and mick which always makes me laugh 😂, actually my mum is rather like pam shipman too live close to Barry and I know a few Bryn's for sure!

I’m Welsh and was in school with a Bryn and I also know a couple of Pamela’s.

I have t seen Bryn since we left school so no idea what he’s like now but neither of the Pam’s are like the character from Gavin and Stacey.

After working for Asda for 13 years I can definitely match up some of the colleagues with some of the characters from Trollied
