Disney best deals are indeed a genuine reputable company, as I work for them!

We had never heard of the ruling on the child age in the pull down bed either, but as we have only just started quoting on Walt Disney World (previously had only done DLP) it was useful learning curve for us too.

We were delighted to be able to find a workable solution for our customer

I still can't find anything online for the company.

Based on my 2 week dates next year, AKL (Standard view) is £1890 more than CSR so to offer 2 rooms works out at over a £6000 upgrade, plus the upgraded dining plan, at a time when Star Wars Land will be open/opening? And availability on Disney's own website isn't there? I'm sorry, I'm being really harsh, this doesn't ring true with me, not with the problems people who have booked with Virgin, a huge company, have had with bookings for next year.

There most certainly is availability for AKL still on my dates. And at the time I booked CBR preffered rooms were available. Do you think I’m lying or something? Would be a pretty pointless lie really.

The company have upgraded the customer at their own cost.It really isn't anyone's concern, only the customers.
Customer is happy and as stated has the booking confirmed.
Thanks

What dates is it you are going? I didn’t think dining plan was available over Christmas? The website shows it only available up until the end of November. Would love to do Disney over Christmas but the no ddp puts me off!

No, I don't think you are lying, I just think it is a highly unusual upgrade for Disney to make. I have seen availability for your dates on ATD and the cost is £5008 per room, so a total for you for 2 rooms of £10,016.

Having seen the post below about this company from the lady who works there, I would change your post as it appears that this is nothing to do with Disney upgrading you and is actually the company you booked with, and what they have done is incredible and goes completely above and beyond.

I assume you mean the company you work for and if so, wow, that is absolutely incredible and amazing customer service. It was the Disney upgrading part that was baffling me.

Thanks for correcting me and clarifying

The OP is staying at Disney for 16 nights (I think?!) and from the 30th November. So you can get DDP on that . We are staying 10 nights this year, and as long as you arrive on the 30th november and check in, you get DDP for the whole of your stay .

That’s why you’ll never get it over Xmas, because even if you check in on the 30th Nov, the longest package you can book is 21 nights.
