What time does my dibb family go to bed?

10pm, then read for about 30 mins

About 11pm, wake up 3-4 times a night, up about 8 currently

About 11pm and on the weekend maybe 12pm, I’m up between 9am and 10am (Not midday) and the dog wakes me up many times in the night, she needed to be carried on the bed and now she has doggy steps she thinks is really funny up to go and down them many times during the night! Sometimes she comes up and just decide she needs love and start licking you or taps you and make stupid noises. Oh and she barks when dh goes to work and cries and comes to me for love, once I’m up she goes back to sleep!

We go to bed around 9.30pm but generally watch TV for a little while.

Used to have lights out at around 11pm but now DS has to leave the house at 7am (starts school at 7.45 am ) lights out normally around 10.15pm

I’m in bed and asleep by 11 normally, alarm is set for 6:30 but I’m normally awake a few mins before it.

9:30- 10:00 but then maybe an hour on my iPad. Up at 7 ish so do get a decent sleep most nights.
I actually can’t go straight to bed now without a wee while on my iPad.

Much to my husbands horror I banned a TV from the bedroom, I’m not a great sleeper and need a bit of downtime before bed.
We are still up now but only because we are watching the England match. Normally we go up around 9 these days, and I read and he plays on his phone, sometimes if I’m super tired i’ll go up earlier and he‘ll watch TV for a bit longer.
Lights off 10-10.30.
Alarm goes off at 6 x

Me and my wife sleep in separate bedrooms and believe me it’s bliss for both of us, so if you have a spare bedroom I throughly recommend it

Up to bed between 12-1am, lights off. Up in the morning between 7-7.30 with my little boy, sometimes a bit later if we aren't having to be up for anything time sensitive.
I'm normally working until last push at night and straight back to it in the morning.
