Red envelope but no tickets!

Our red envelope arrived today, well at least I think its our red envelope, the one everyone talks about?

Its got a planner and a dvd. I really thought it was our tickets.

Anyway, had a look on manage my booking and it says tickets were dispatched yesterday, even more confused now!

We also recieved the planner dvd and info, It is not the tickets but has a countdown on it, advising nearly time to go, also recieved an email from Virgin a couple of days ago.

I had one of those today too...it does say to allow 7 days for the actual tickets to be delivered...hope you get them before the postal strike

Mine arrived too, the e-tickets but nothing for the car I hired - is that normal, do you get that at the airport?

Envelope contained:
E-Ticket Receipt - fine, lists the two of us, dates right, but luggage allowance on way back shown as 23kg, but am in PE and is supposed to be higher?

Itinerary - fine, shows the dates and flight details there and back.

Voucher - I think this is for a meal, but has nothing on it that refers to where the voucher is for! Meal on the plane, at some place in Orlando... ?

Antony, we got a voucher too, but it's for checking in early at Downtown Disney on last morning. Could it be that? Means you get rid of your bags and be free for rest of day.

Yes, got the Virgin paper pocket / folder that has voucher in for checking in at DTD.

No, got 3 bits of Virgin headed note paper, A4, and the voucher for food was one of those. The other two where the eticket etc.

We received A4 sheet of paper one with flight details and the other with accomodation and hire car details is on a tear off bit at the bottom. Nothing about a free meal though

Ahhhhh right, so we got the DTD check in voucher too.

So have you got your car hire section on the paper?

No we didnt get that. Free food - lucky you, shame they dont give you the details though, perhaps you'll get more info when you land.

We are here just now, and we got a voucher at the car pick up point from a rep, giving us a free meal if we reported to a welcome type meeting at Universal within 2 days of arrival. We didn't use it.
