Villa booking for Next Year - please help

Hi all

I don't know if anyone can help or shed some light on this, but I have booked a villa for next year and the company IPG Florida were supposed to take 50% of the fee off of my credit card, but they have taken the full amount by mistake, I get charge 2.75% for non sterling transactions so have also been charged double the fee that I should have paid.

The company have said they will credit me back the extra 50% of the fees, but they are refusing to credit me half of the transaction fee.

Is there anything I can do. I don't know too much about american laws

Any help really would be most appreciated as I do not see why I should have to pay for their mistake

Speak to your card issuer, they should help to credit the fee when the refund goes through.
