I think this wording is the key to how DVC have done this to satisfy the 'no double banking' rule. No idea how but they have created a pool of reserve points for their own use that we are getting transferred in, similar to the way one time use points are.

It’s just the usual member services number, there isn’t a special/different one.

For all other Members, the extended Vacation Points will appear approximately one week after your new Use Year begins. Please note, you will be able to view transferred-in Vacation Points online as well as be able to use them when booking on DisneyVacationClub.com.

Has anyone with a December Use Year managed to get 2019 points which were banked into 2020 extended?
We have a 2 bedroom villa reservation for this August which needed 3 years points - It would be amazing if we can actually go but if we have to cancel would hate to lose 200 2019 points.
