I have 4 contracts but only 1 membership number so who knows how it works!

So that explains why I never get emails! I guess I need more points.

If anyone actually knows how to get them please let me know! I've tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing. All I ever get from DVC are the annoying 'New Sign-In To Your Account' emails (and I wouldn't mind turning those off )

Have you checked your ‘preferences’ in settings?

I think we get all that are sent judging by comments on here. People mention getting something and we have had it as well.

However keeping people on hold waiting to speak to somebody for over an hour is a disgrace. Plus they have known about it for year’s albeit the Virus has made it worse. Lack of investment in IT and people.

It's set to mail for Dues and Condominium notices. Do I need to change either of those? Under manage preferences everything is ticked.

That should be fine then. Strange they are missing you out on Mail shots. Maybe when things are back to normal speak to the IT Team. They may be able to help.

I used to get no emails as well, then they suddenly started coming.

I did once go on this special Disney page where you can set preferences, not sure if that did the trick.

Edit this is the one Noodlez, give this a try:


privacychoices.thewaltdisneycompany/en-US

You get an email sent to your inbox then when you log in you see all the accounts you can accept email from including DVC.

Thanks very much. I have everything already selected on there, and have even added Disney+ now. I'll see if anything happens next time! I do get lots of Disneyland Paris emails though, despite having never been!
