I would pass on this villa. There are plenty more available. Otherwise all the run up to your holiday will be spent worrying about it.

Yea, there is that. Had a look, it does look like she bought it back in 2010... at least i have address now too.

Editing to say that i've check tax payments, seem to pay in installments and last paid on 30 June this year so all seems ok there.. couldn't seem to find a license under their name though.

Ah well... think i'll leave it for now.

No, its Diane. have just had another villa quote through for Highlands Reserve for the same price oddly enough, so maybe not that unusual... all looks okay. will investigate them tomorrow!... who'd think renting was this complicated

Loads of villa owners only advertise on one site. I wouldn't be worried about that although I do like recent reviews.

All villas will have different property managers, it’s highly unlikely that a different villa with a different owner would have the same one so don’t let that put you off
