Has anyone spoken to Travel Republic?!
Has anyone actually managed to get hold of Travel Republic?! I don’t think the phone lines are open, and no reply to emails.
Our flight got changed from Gatwick to Heathrow ages ago, which they’ve not informed us of, and now it’s cancelled, and we’ve literally been told nothing by them. (I only know all this because I come on here!) No idea if the balance will be automatically taken in a few weeks, and no idea what our options are. If anyone has a hack to get told of them please let me know!

Excited about Disney
|
Ive got RPR booking for this August initially they were replying to my emails but the last 2 weeks nothing! My balance is due On the 29th, we are no longer going. I wanted to transfer to another hotel but looks like I’m going to have to cancel, not good customer service from a company we have used regularly.

Yeah we wanted to really move the flight to a different carrier, but not going to happen if they don’t reply to the emails! We’ve used them loads of times before with no issues, but it’s poor not even telling us about changes of airport, or cancelled flights!

we've also had flights changed , first from Saturday to a Sunday then no outbound at all , only inbound.Raised queries through manage my booking weeks ago , heard nothing , but have also contacted via dm on twitter.Got reply about 6 days later , basically saying only dealing with people with 2 weeks or less to travel

Hi
We have booked flights & Disneyland tickets with them. We are due to fly 1st August. In May our flights have changed from Manchester to London Heathrow. We sent them a message asking them if this was true as our Virgin app said the changes. We haven't heard from them at all. We have booked with them a few times & always had good service.

On their website it says they will contact customer 14 days before holiday to confirm options available to you. Center Parcs worked like this too. From your countdown that doesn’t look like anytime soon 😔

Yeah that’s what’s infuriating ... we still want to fly and let them keep our money, but they’re making it impossible!

I requested to cancel my one night at the hard rock in May and I still to this date have not received a response. I can’t raise a ticket as I raised one in May, no response on social media and the phone line just cuts out! They are apparently taking money on the 28th...
