Can only comment on price.
Family cabana. We had one booked for both April 20 and April 21 🙄. Both times Easter holidays and it was $799. ( Each times there were dates in our fortnight that went up to $899 ) I just recently re booked it for our October 21 hail Mary trip at $499. At least there is no penalty for cancellations over 48hrs and the money was refunded very quickly. |

Thank you.
To book have you just had to phone up the US number on the website, and also when did you April dates become available to book? I am hoping that the price for mid May will be not too dissimilar to your October price. Maybe a little more expensive as I guess more in the spring / summer months, but not sure it is actually during a specific holiday and the calendar suggests it is only 'moderately' busy at this time of year. Unlike end March - mid April and most of June through to early August.

I have just read a review from back in 2019, and they gave a reference price for USD 299 after tax for 12th May for ground floor single cabana.
So seems to be mid-range. Also great to know that you can cancel a few days before with full refund. This will likely be our 4th full day once out there, but I guess as with any Florida spring, weather won't be too much of an issue except for maybe 30-60 mins during the day.

Yeah, just phoned the guest services number.
(407)224-4233 Used zipcall to make it foc. Not sure when the dates actually became available, but booked in December for April. And just booked October so nearly 7 months away. When I booked in Dec 20 for this April, there were only a few family cabana days to choose from as there is only 2 16 seater ones. |

Thank you again. We are not overly flexible on dates although I am sure we could do with a ‘regular’ cabana too if no family availability.
But will look to book as soon as they become available.

We went October 19 and had a ground floor cabana. We paid $295 total.
We had it booked on a Saturday (for $400) but when we woke up it was pouring with rain and there was some lightening. I phoned up and they let me swap it to the Monday and refunded the price change as a weekday was cheaper. On the Monday the park was very quiet. The cabana was nice but I booked it for the guaranteed shade and ride access and I really didn’t need it. The lady said the Sunday had been rammed with people so I’m guessing I’d have found it invaluable had we only shifted it by a day. All booked over the telephone and you get admitted a full hour than regular guests. Would book it again if I knew for sure the park was going to be busy. |

Sounds great... thank you.
We would be looking to use for the guaranteed shade especially with the little one. I think we would look to do a full day also, so maybe a good time to go back relax and get a drink / food etc. Plus of course the benefit of having the Tapu Tapu thing there, but we are also looking at a Monday so not sure how busy it will be! Great to hear they were very flexible with you due to the weather...

Yes we had one in October 2018 - it's ruined us for the park as we would want one every time now, we all loved it.
I'd phoned up a few weeks prior and got a quote, being concerned about the weather decided to chance it and call the day before if we were definitely going and I was quoted considerably less than in advance. This was low season and a Monday though, there were also plenty of empty cabanas when we were there.

We had a regular one in 2017, it was 21st august for my sons 16th birthday. I can’t remember the exact cost but $299 plus tax sounds about right. We are a family of three and we travelled with another couple so the cost split wasn’t too bad. We were right next to the volcano and as myself and one half of the couple are not big waterpark lovers it was great for us. We also ordered drinks and food to be delivered which was a bonus. Not sure about early entry as we were staying at the HRH that week so we go it as a hotel perk.
