Watched it this evening on Netflix.

Absolutely shocking to see the damage the fishing industry is having in our environment, not to mention the suffering it causes. Even more shocking to see the corruption involved in organisations such as the MSC and the ones behind “Dolphin Safe” tuna.

Anyone else watched this yet?

Yes watched it this afternoon, has really made me rethink eating fish, found some scenes a bit distressing.

I have this on my list to watch.
I eat a lot of fish (salmon) which I thought was a better option than red meat.
I can see me watching this and going back to being a vegetarian 😖

A better option in terms of the environment?

The best is a vegan diet. There are so many alternatives these days it's super easy.

Better for my diet than red meat.
I am actually very interested in vegan. I do eat too much dairy, milk in my cereal and loads of cottage cheese and normal cheese.
I need to start making small changes then gradually build up 👍🏻

Ah yea, I think dairy is the hardest to be honest, especially cheese. The vegan cheese is ok at best, but it is getting better. I found that after a few months I didn't miss it in all honesty.

There is a tonne of milk alternatives, it's definitely worth trying a few to find your favourite.

I went vegan January 2020 and I think cheese is pretty much the only thing I miss.

I have found a couple of reasonable substitutes but cheese and biscuits is a distant memory.

I enjoy cooking so have relished trying new recipes and ideas, my diet is never boring 😁
