Cabana Bay refillable mugs.
Hiya. Has anyone bought the refillable mugs from Cabana Bay Universal please. Are they worth it? Can you use them in the universal parks too? Thank you.. x

We haven't bought them before but I'm thinking of them for our September trip. They can't be used in the park. From what I have read they may be less good value than Disney resort refillable mugs? ETA Ignore that last point, I read it when I was looking at Universal's Surfside for last years cancelled trip. Cabana Bay's refillable mug looks like a good deal.

Great value, $18.99 for entire stay and includes all drink options including coke freestyle, hot drinks, and slushees. Very easy to get the value back in a few drinks per day.
Also they have seasonal designs which are cute!

They are a must. There are 3 of us and we bought 2 which was fine for us to share as a lot of the time our son got a kids meal which included a small drink but you help yourselves so when sharing we just topped it up more.

They are great value but just be aware there’s not that many places to actually get the drinks. We always stay quite far down in the Americana block for example and need to walk all the way back to the main hotel/food court area to fill up.

Do they do these at HRH too?
Are they still worth it if you stay club level? We’re there for 2 weeks. |

No I don't think any of the premium hotels do them (Hard Rock, Royal Pacific or Portofino). I guess they think that if you can afford to stay there you don't need the value of a refillable mug 😂

Thanks guys . Can you mix what you have. Like if we buy 2 sometimes we can get soda in and then other times we can get coffee or do you have to say soda or hot drinks when you purchase them please? X
