Just a wee update.
GP very apologetic but can’t do much else for DD. Specialist didn’t call GP for more info before deciding to downgrade the referral 🙄 I’m sure that’s against guidance. Got DD to go private, should be around 1 week wait. Note of interest - GP advised DD that orthopaedics is approx 2 year wait  which is just crazy !
