Doable?

Having just returned from a non theme park trip ( the best one yet) I am now planning for 2020. Kids would like to do Disney again, hubby would like to travel outwith Orlando and I would like a bit of both.

Would like Dibbers thoughts on;

5 nights Villa (Davenport) with a couple of park visits
3 nights beach - Cocoa? Cape Coral?
1 night midway
5 nights Disney

Last time we did Disney we went straight there for 7 nights but really considering doing it in the middle or end only as our kids love that couple of days to settle into things...

Any thoughts or advice would be great!

it's not that far that would would need a midway night to either cape coral or cocoa beach tbh

we have stayed in the cape coral area a lot and it's still a drive to the beach (sanibel/ captiva/ fort myers) if wanting a home here you are probably looking at a min of 5 night stay

We always do a lot of travelling round every timr as it’s great to break up the holiday. We stay in a mixture of hotels and villas so yes it’s very doable.

That all sounds very doable. Agree with the other post that you don’t need a midway night. Clearly Davenport is closer to the Gulf Coast which makes Cape Coral easier, but it is not that bad a drive to the Atlantic side.

Cape Coral is just over 3 hours away, I wouldn't bother with an overnight unless you specifically want to do something like pier 60 at Clearwater.
