Are there any crafters here that buy...
Flat backed gems/rhinestones (not hot fix ones)

This sort of thing

I was to buy some to bling some converse-I just haven't a clue what's the best to buy?

(I know swarovski are the best but budget doesn't allow that )
But I also dont want to get the cheapest and end up with rubbish.

Any advice?
