Mobile Which park on Labor day?

So we land on the Saturday afternoon, have a pool/villa day on the Sunday and are looking at venturing out on the Monday. This however is Labor Day. Out of Magic Kingdom, Seaworld, Volcano Bay & Aquatica, which park would you visit?

Any of them should be fine, the Monday is far less busy than the Saturday & sunday. We like to do mk on our first park day.

We have actually found the parks to be quiet on Labour day. I think everyone assumes it'll be busy and so stays away. I'd just go to whichever you want...it won't be hugel crazy I wouldn't have thought.
