To book 180 days (or anything beyond 60 days) you need to use the website

Odd, I booked at 180 and +1 on Wednesday and again today, all in the app?

Weird..it's ok on the website but on the app I still can't see further than August.

It doesn't seem to do it now but for the first few days of this release there was an advisory pop up stating that 180 day bookings could only be made on the website.

As for why? No idea. It makes little sense for two complementary systems to have different booking windows.
Maybe Disney IT is trying to take some strain off app resources, maybe there's a longer term plan to change the overall booking window. Trying to second guess Disney IT logic isn't an easy job

Still 180 days for me and I have the latest version?

Now that's odd! Is that android or ios?

Everything beyond Aug 15 is greyed out on the current android app.
This is definitely by design as there was previously a message stating to use web for bookings beyond 60 days
